- Yearly is two months free. You pay for ten months and get twelve.
- The plans differ only by how many stores they cover. There are no feature tiers: the $12 store has the same features as each of the ten stores on Business.
- Pro and Business include LotsNotes Pro while the plan is active.

Every store, on every plan, gets:
- A fast store on a free yourstore.lotscommerce.com address or your own domain, with HTTPS set up for you.
- Unlimited products, with variants, categories and collections, plus CSV import and export.
- Stock per variant, with a view of what's running low.
- Orders you accept before they go ahead, then fulfil, ship with any carrier and refund from the dashboard.
- Payment straight to you: your own Stripe account (in the countries Stripe supports) or Razorpay account (for businesses registered in India), plus UPI and orders on WhatsApp.
- Shopper accounts, saved addresses, wishlists and reviews you approve.
- Discount codes, shipping zones and rates you set.
- Analytics with a funnel from visit to order.
- Team roles (owner, admin, manager, staff and viewer) with unlimited teammates.
0% of your sales: what you actually pay per order
LotsCommerce takes nothing from your sales. Not a percentage, not a fixed fee per order, and no fee for using your own payment provider.
The only cost on an order is your payment provider's own processing fee, which it charges in your own account, the same as it would anywhere else. Shoppers pay into your Stripe or Razorpay account, and UPI and WhatsApp orders are settled with you directly. LotsCommerce never holds your money, so there's no payout schedule from us to wait for.
0% isn't rare among store platforms: Big Cartel and Ecwid also take nothing from sales. What I'd look at alongside it is what each plan covers. Need one more store than your plan covers?
You don't have to jump to the next plan. Stores beyond your plan are paid from your LotsTech Credits automatically, at your plan's own rate:
- Starter: $12 a month for each extra store.
- Pro: $9.67 a month for each extra store.
- Business: $7.90 a month for each extra store.
The charge is taken a little each day, so a store you add mid-month costs only for the days it runs. Here's what that looks like:

On Business, each store works out at $7.90 a month, or $6.58 a month billed yearly. That's the lowest price per store we offer, which is why Business is the plan for agencies.
Pay as you go: no plan at all
You can also skip plans. Without one, each store costs $15 a month, paid from LotsTech Credits and charged a little each day. Credits start at $10 and work across Lots products. Pay as you go suits a seasonal store, a pop-up or a test store you don't want to commit a plan to. Once you run a store year-round, Starter at $12 (or $10 billed yearly) costs less.

New accounts get 15,000 free LotsTech Credits, valid for 90 days, with no card. That's about a month of one store: enough to set up the catalog, connect your payment account, place a test order and refund it. After that, choose a plan or keep paying as you go.
Which plan fits you
- Agencies and freelancers building stores for clients: Business. 10 client stores for $79 a month, each paid into the client's own account, each client with the role they need. Add more stores at $7.90 each. The full setup is in LotsCommerce for agencies.
- Founders running a few brands: Pro. 3 stores for $29, such as one per brand, or a separate store for wholesale customers.
- A maker or shop with one store: Starter. $12 a month, or $120 a year. Same features as everyone else.
Stopping, pausing and lapsed payments
- Close a store you no longer need. The owner can archive a store: the storefront goes offline, billing for that store stops, and nothing is deleted. You can restore it within 30 days.
- If a payment lapses, nothing is deleted. The storefront stays readable, new orders pause and the dashboard turns read-only until the store is funded again. Orders already placed can still be fulfilled and refunded.
